Due to our dispatch workflow, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

6. Pricing and Taxes

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • GST: Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

7. Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $60 AUD (excluding shipping costs) delivered within Australia. This offer is not available for international orders.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team for instructions. Do not return items without prior communication.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

9. Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
